This is an opportunity to join the Finance team of a dynamic and ambitious entertainment business in a highly cross functional role. Reporting to the VP, Content Strategy & Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Content Strategy & Analysis function and activities collaborating with the Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, Film and TV operating divisions. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, analytical, have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once, has a strong desire to learn, and is a team-oriented self-starter.

Key Responsibilities
- Support best-in-class content strategy & analysis across development, deal analysis, valuation, business analytics, and strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain film and TV development and project models, including P&L, cash and liquidity, underpinning the long-range plan, annual budget, regular reforecasts, and scenario analyses
- Provide data-driven insights and competitor analysis to support executive decision-making and help achieve short- and long-term growth objectives
- Support downstream operational execution including distributor performance, unexploited rights and tax credit monetization, participations & residuals, and audits
- Develop and maintain external industry contacts across agencies, production companies, distributors, and financiers; track market trends, players, and deal-making
- Design and refine CS&A-related tools and processes using AI and automation technologies
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, or finance, ideally in the media and entertainment industry
- Experience in content strategy and analysis, including deal analysis, valuation, and data analytics is a plus
- Proficiency in film and TV business models, financial modeling, and accounting principles; enthusiasm for new AI and automation technologies
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level materials
- Intellectual curiosity, strong desire to learn, and a genuine passion for media and entertainment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage evolving deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record required
Hiring Salary Range is between $85,000 to $95,000 per year, dependent on experience and level. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, market demands, experience/training, and education.
